4. Damages and Lost Packages

5. Incorrect Shipping Address

If a customer provides an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, the following applies:

  • If the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipment fee.

  • We cannot offer a refund if the package is delivered to the address provided by the customer, even if incorrect.
